BOOKING CONDITIONS:

RESERVE To confirm a reservation should anticipate 35% of the total cost and 65% of the cost to pay it on arrival at the Camp to make your check in.

MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:

Cancellation of reservations is possible at any time. Cancellation must be sent by email to info@biosurfcamp.es

Canceling 60 days or more at the date of entry will be refunded 80% of the deposit paid on account. Canceling 30 to 60 days prior to arrival date 60 % refund of the deposit paid on account. Canceling 15 to 30 days before the date of entry will be refunded 25% of the deposit paid on account. Canceling with less than 15 days before the date or no show the day of arrival without announcing it, will be charged 100% of the deposit paid on account.

Any modification of the reserve conditions must be sent by email to info@biosurfcamp.es.

Modifying 60 days or more at the date of entry will be refunded 100% of the deposit paid on account. Modifying 30 to 60 days prior to arrival date 90% refund of the total cost of the service. Canceling 15 to 30 days before the date of entry will be refunded 80% of the total. Modifying with less than 15 days before the date will be charged 30% of the total costs on account.
